Healthy & Well in Hyde
Park

Building a dedicated Health and Wellness Center for our community
because every neighborhood deserves equitable access to healthcare.

Our Mission

As an inclusive and representative group of community stakeholders, we are
working to establish a dedicated community health center in Hyde Park.

Hyde Park residents have come together to address health disparities, including limited access to primary care services, preventative care, and health education, that challenge our neighborhood.

A spirited effort is underway to establish a Health and Wellness Center in Hyde Park — the first within our neighborhood, a very underserved part of the city in terms of access to healthcare.
